During the Dismantling phase, loans are returned and the loan administration is completed. Any audiovisual programmes, models that have been built specially for the exhibition, interactives or illustrations are filed where possible in the project documentation.
During this phase the results of the summative audience research that was carried out during the Production phase is summarised in a final report. It goes without saying that if the Dismantling phaselasts only one or a few days, the putting together of the final report begins at the end of the Operational phase.
