As part of the sum­ma­ti­ve audien­ce research it can be exa­mi­ned whe­ther the con­tent of the exhi­bi­ti­on has come across to visi­tors. If this is car­ried out, the results can be incor­po­ra­ted into the final report of the sum­ma­ti­ve audien­ce research with recom­men­da­ti­ons for impro­ve­ments whe­re necessary.
